Overview

Levco Management LLC is seeking a motivated Property Manager for a 148-unit property in Norfolk, Virginia. The role involves managing property operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service, all within a company that emphasizes employee growth and a team-oriented culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage collections and post rent receipts
  • Approve invoices and post accounts payable
  • Supervise on-site team members
  • Manage move-ins and move-outs
  • Participate in leasing and renewal activities
  • Assist with budget development and property performance goals
  • Ensure financial and operational goals are met
  • Assist with project management of capital improvements
  • Provide high-quality customer service to residents
  • Oversee maintenance and turnover work
  • Manage vendors and contractors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • 3 years' experience as a property manager
  • Experience with renovations (preferred)
  • Experience with Yardi software (preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong supervisory skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
