Property Manager Location: Boston, MASalary Range: $63,000 - $74,000 CFS is partnering with a respected nonprofit organization to hire a Property Manager responsible for overseeing a portfolio of housing and shelter programs. This role serves as the primary point of contact between landlords, residents, program staff, and facilities teams to ensure properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong landlord and property management relationships. Negotiate leases, renewals, and rent agreements for housing units. Process recertifications and maintain housing compliance documentation. Support inspections and ensure compliance with affordable housing and HUD requirements. Partner with program staff to address resident concerns and lease compliance matters. Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of property management experience, or equivalent experience.
