Property ManagerLocation: Delano, CA (Onsite)Salary: $20 - $22/hour DOE Join a respected property management organization committed to providing quality housing and exceptional resident service throughout the Central Valley. Our client is seeking a Property Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating a positive living experience for residents. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a residential community while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team. This is more than a property management role. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate maintenance, support residents, and help ensure the property remains safe, compliant, and well-maintained. The Opportunity As a Property Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of a residential community, balancing resident satisfaction, leasing activity, maintenance coordination, and administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while keeping operations organized and efficient.
