Overview

Riverstone Communities, LLC is seeking a dedicated Property Manager for the Shangri-La Mobile Home Park in Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and customer service, focusing on enhancing resident experiences while managing community operations effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, and guests
  • Maintain a 100% occupancy rate
  • Timely collection of rent and fees
  • Ensure compliance with company standards by conducting daily community assessments
  • Manage property budget effectively
  • Attend to community needs during emergencies outside business hours
  • Plan and execute quarterly resident events
  • Set high performance standards for the team
  • Maintain property office and complete general office work
  • Follow up promptly with prospects and applicants
  • Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines

Required skills

  • 3+ years of property management experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Physical ability to perform active tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Computer proficiency in internet and software programs such as Google or Microsoft
