Overview

Larson Commercial Real Estate, LLC is looking for a dedicated Property Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple properties in Chesterfield, Missouri. The role focuses on ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing finances, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties for efficient management
  • Prepare and manage property budgets and financial performance reporting
  • Implement effective rent collection procedures to minimize arrears
  • Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for property upkeep
  • Foster positive tenant relationships and resolve complaints
  • Conduct regular property inspections for quality assurance
  • Secure competitive bid proposals for contracted services
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to asset management
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Develop emergency preparedness plans for tenant safety

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial property management
  • Proficiency in Yardi preferred
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
