Overview

The Property Manager position at Riverstone Communities, LLC involves overseeing the Shangri-La Mobile Home Park in Colorado Springs. The role requires a passion for improving community living and leading teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences, while also managing property budgets and ensuring compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, and local municipalities
  • Maintain a 100% occupancy rate
  • Collect rent and fees in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with company home standards through daily community assessments
  • Manage the property budget effectively
  • Attend to community needs during emergencies
  • Plan and execute quarterly resident events
  • Set high performance standards for oneself and the team
  • Maintain the property office and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Follow up promptly with prospects and applicants
  • Adhere to Fair Housing guidelines

Required skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • 3+ years of property management experience
  • 3+ years of customer service experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing a team
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Google and Microsoft programs
  • Strong initiative and attention to detail
