Overview

As a Property Manager at Whitecap Management, you will take on a leadership role that focuses on enhancing resident experiences and optimizing financial outcomes at the Juniper property. This position entails overseeing operations, maintaining high occupancy rates, and effectively managing the budget while staying informed about market trends.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive and maintain high occupancy through resident retention initiatives
  • Track market trends and propose pricing strategies
  • Lead leasing efforts and build community relationships
  • Assist in budget formulation and financial goal understanding
  • Report monthly financial variances and narratives
  • Ensure timely rent collection and lease documentation
  • Resolve resident concerns to ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain community appearance through regular inspections and tours

Required skills

  • Multifamily property management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Customer service excellence
  • Ability to act independently
  • High school diploma
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Yardi experience (preferred)
  • College degree or equivalent industry experience (preferred)
  • New development luxury lease-up experience (preferred)
