Overview

Heritage Real Estate Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Property Manager to oversee Class A properties in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role involves managing daily operations, tenant relations, and maintaining asset integrity, ensuring a polished and professional service is delivered at all times.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary on-site representative for Class A office and retail properties
  • Deliver a hospitality-driven experience to tenants and visitors
  • Maintain comprehensive oversight of daily property operations
  • Conduct routine property inspections and manage maintenance schedules
  • Manage rent collection, accounts receivable, and financial reports
  • Review and administer office and retail leases
  • Manage building access systems and oversee parking systems
  • Build and maintain proactive relationships with tenants
  • Establish performance expectations for vendors and service providers
  • Coordinate tenant improvement projects from planning through completion

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in Class A commercial property management or related fields
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various software systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality environments is a plus
