Overview

Bach Team LLC is looking for a full-time Property Manager for Carrington Square Apartments in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Property Manager will oversee all property staff, ensure financial and occupancy goals are met, and maintain the property's physical condition while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an efficient and professional staff
  • Hire, train, and evaluate employees under the direction of the Regional Manager
  • Ensure high occupancy levels and full rental payments
  • Manage all income accounting and maintain accurate financial records
  • Oversee leasing activities, advertising, and applicant screening
  • Implement resident retention programs and handle resident requests
  • Inspect the property daily for cleanliness and maintenance
  • Develop and maintain a maintenance program for timely responses
  • Monitor vendor and contractor performance
  • Generate and maintain administrative forms and files

Required skills

  • 2 years of property management experience
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong leadership, organization, and time management skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Entrata, Adobe, MS Word, Excel, email, and Internet
  • Knowledge of budgets and financial management
