Job Description

Overview

Job Description Job Description Miro Apartments, MinneapolisBeautiful product. Engaged ownership. A pace that does not slow down. We are looking for a Business Manager with real grit, the judgment to make decisions without waiting, and the backbone to lead a community that asks a lot of the person running it.About YouYou are at your best when you are the one people look to. You like a full day, you make decisions without waiting for permission, and you would rather own a community that responds to good leadership than sit on one that runs itself. When something comes up, you handle it and you get ahead of the conversation, because you would rather deliver the news than receive it.Do you enjoy the conversation with ownership, and leave it having built more confidence than you walked in with?Do you like a day with momentum, where the plan shifts and you adjust without losing the thread?Would you rather lead a community where your impact is obvious than maintain one where it is invisible? When something goes sideways, is your instinct to pick up the phone before anyone has to ask?Have you held a vendor, a teammate, or a resident to a standard when letting it go would have been easier? Can you keep a team steady and a resident feeling well taken care of on a busy day?If those landed, we should talk. This is a seat with real ownership and real visibility, and we are looking for someone who wants both.About MiroMiro is a well-designed Minneapolis community with genuinely good bones and a product residents are proud to come home to. SAIL's centralized maintenance, marketing, compliance, and accounting teams are behind you, and you will have on-site support to build and lead. What we need from you is ownership of the outcome and the judgment to make calls in real time.Key ResponsibilitiesOWNERSHIP RELATIONSHIP: Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership.
