Overview

PURE HomeRiver is seeking a motivated Operations Manager for their Sacramento, CA office to lead property management operations and drive growth. The ideal candidate will excel in overseeing team performance, establishing efficient systems, and maintaining strong vendor and client relationships while ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all relevant laws
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team members
  • Implement marketing procedures and growth strategies
  • Monitor cost and expense control for property portfolios
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with all stakeholders
  • Conduct performance evaluations and establish team accountability
  • Resolve business and personnel issues proactively
  • Submit required reports to the Broker on time
  • Conduct regular staff meetings for updates and training
  • Oversee timely inspections of portfolio properties

Required skills

  • Active CA Real Estate License
  • 3 years of residential property management experience
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • BA Degree preferred
  • Experience with property management systems
  • Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred
