Overview

PURE HomeRiver is seeking a motivated Operations Manager for their Omaha, NE office to lead property management operations. This role focuses on achieving growth and profitability by building efficient systems and accountable teams while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal standards
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team members
  • Implement and enforce company policies within the property management team
  • Work with the Broker on marketing procedures and growth strategies
  • Monitor financial information and ensure operational efficiency
  • Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and residents
  • Conduct periodic staff meetings to communicate updates and changes
  • Oversee portfolio inspections and documentation
  • Resolve personnel and business issues proactively

Required skills

  • Active NE Real Estate License
  • At least 3 years of residential property management experience
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • BA Degree preferred
  • Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred
  • Experience with property management systems
