Overview

PURE HomeRiver is seeking a motivated Property Management Operations Manager to lead their team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will focus on growing portfolios, enhancing market share, and ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. This role emphasizes accountability and strategic planning to outpace competitors in the real estate market.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team members
  • Implement marketing procedures and strategies for portfolio growth
  • Monitor operating expenses and maintain cost control
  • Establish and nurture external relationships with clients and vendors
  • Conduct periodic staff meetings to communicate updates and changes
  • Coordinate all office operations and administrative practices
  • Provide coverage for staff when necessary

Required skills

  • Active NC Real Estate License
  • At least 3 years of residential property management experience
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of landlord/tenant law and lease agreements
  • Experience with property management systems
  • BA Degree preferred
  • Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred
