Overview

PURE HomeRiver is seeking an Operations Manager for their Bellingham, WA office, aimed at driving results, capturing market share, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate will manage all office operations, lead a property management team, and uphold compliance with relevant laws while cultivating strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies
  • Recruit, train, and conduct performance appraisals for team members
  • Implement marketing procedures and growth strategies in collaboration with the Broker
  • Establish and monitor cost control of property portfolios
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings and provide necessary updates
  • Resolve business and personnel issues proactively
  • Supervise timely inspections of portfolio properties

Required skills

  • Active WA Real Estate License
  • At least 3 years of residential property management experience
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • BA Degree preferred
  • Hospitality/Customer Service experience preferred
  • Experience with property management systems
