Overview

PURE HomeRiver seeks an Operations Manager for their Bellingham, WA office to lead and enhance property management operations. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, focused on growth and profitability, and capable of establishing efficient systems while maintaining strong client and vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws
  • Recruit, train and conduct performance appraisals for team members
  • Implement company policies within the property management team
  • Develop and execute marketing procedures and portfolio growth strategies alongside the Broker
  • Monitor and control property expenses through regular reporting
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, vendors, and residents
  • Conduct evaluations and resolve personnel problems
  • Maintain high morale and productivity among staff
  • Stay informed on industry trends and legal requirements

Required skills

  • Active WA Real Estate License
  • Minimum 3 years of residential property management experience
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience with property management systems
  • Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • BA Degree preferred
