Overview

As a Property Maintenance Technician at Cedar Pine Maintenance & Construction, you will play a crucial role in executing maintenance and construction projects for residential properties. This position requires a skilled tradesperson who is not only adept at performing repairs but also excels in communication and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform unit turnovers, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and Maintenance Supervisor about work order status
  • Utilize the software system to track project progress and document work
  • Maintain professionalism in interactions with residents
  • Follow assigned schedules and ensure clear communication with all parties

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years of Building Trades / Maintenance experience
  • Experience with Building Mechanical Systems
  • Strong computer and internet knowledge
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (truck or van)
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well with others
