Overview

Counterpoint Management Corp. is seeking a full-time Property Maintenance Supervisor for their 144-unit apartment complex in Boston. The role involves ensuring the proper maintenance of facilities and coordinating work orders while supervising maintenance staff and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Assure proper operation and maintenance of grounds and facility
  • Coordinate timely completion of tenant and building work orders
  • Supervise maintenance staff and custodial services
  • Handle emergency calls and repair breakdowns on property
  • Perform turnover work and preventative maintenance
  • Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs

Required skills

  • Experience with federal, city, and state housing inspections
  • Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
  • Ability to direct and supervise maintenance staff
