Overview

Green Leaf Partners is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at Jayne Apartments in Denver, CO. This role involves leading a maintenance team, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the property meets high operational and aesthetic standards while fostering a positive resident experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and support the maintenance team to deliver timely, high-quality service.
  • Oversee unit turns, inspections, work orders, and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshoot and complete repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other maintenance issues.
  • Manage vendor relationships, inventory, budgets, and operational supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with Community Management to enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and pride in workmanship.

Required skills

  • Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or senior maintenance leader in multifamily housing.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize repairs efficiently.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety and exceptional resident service.
  • HVAC certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
