Our team is cross-trained and collaborative, supporting operations across property inspections, light maintenance, guest services, and problem resolution.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, solving problems, and working hands-on in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-field inspections before and between guest staysPrepare properties to meet company standards and guest expectationsPerform light maintenance and basic repairs as neededIdentify issues proactively and implement or recommend solutionsCommunicate clearly and efficiently with team members and leadershipSupport team operations across departments when neededProvide occasional after-hours or on-call supportBasic Repair Skills RequiredCandidates should be comfortable handling minor maintenance tasks, including:Replacing doorknobs and locksLight painting and touch-upsFixing toilet chain issuesUnclogging drainsTroubleshooting Wi-Fi, cable, and streaming servicesRepairing furnitureReplacing HVAC filtersInstalling portable a/c unitsReplacing light bulbsRepairing screen door tracksResetting garbage disposalsResetting a tripper breakerAddressing minor garage door malfunctionsWhat We're Looking ForDriven, dependable, and solutions-orientedStrong communicator with a positive, team-first mindsetAble to work independently, be accountable, and use sound judgment in the fieldDetail-oriented with strong time management skillsComfortable and cool operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentWilling to take initiative and contribute new ideasRequirementsFull-time availability including weekends, some OT possible 1.5x regular pay rateValid California driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicleAbility to reliably commute to Pacific Beach for every shiftHigh school diploma or equivalent (college experience a plus)Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, apps, similar tools)Ability to perform physical, hands-on work in the field - sometimes lifting up to 50lbs Property management experience is a plus, but not required.
