Job Description Job Description Our client is seeking a Field Service Representative to join their resort accommodations team. You will work on a beautifulresort located on Hilton Head Island. You will serve on a team whose job is to help resort guests enjoy a memorable stay in ahome or villa that is clean, safe, and exceeds expectations.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:• Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals to ensure units are clean and ready, touch-up whereneeded.• Ensure that the cleanliness of the resort's home and villas exceed expectations.• Check units WiFi and TV's are properly functioning.• Conduct departure and vacant inspections.• Report all safety issues and secure all locations for safety.• Communicate unit status and/or issue with management.• Perform light home maintenance (light bulbs, fix door hinges, etc)• Ensure integrity of every rental unit, addressing issues in a timely manner.• Assist with guest needs (WiFi/TV Issues, delivering requested items to unit)• Oversee special projects as requested and/or needed by the Director of Property Management, Housekeeping Manager,or General Maintenance Manager.• Assist in the facilitation of the check-in and check-out communication process with the front desk.• Meet outside contractors/vendors as needed.• Perform other duties as assigned.• Must be able to multitask and handle a variety of projects as directed.• Use of a personal vehicle is mandatory.QUALIFICATIONS:• Must be well organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks and meet appropriate deadlines.• Learn quickly and retain knowledge in order to acquire skills and maintain technical competencies.• Must be able to communicate orally with team members, co-workers, employees, contractors, and guests in order toobtain and provide useful information.• Must be able to be on your feet and climb stairs throughout the day.• Must have demonstrated knowledge of housekeeping and guest service.WORK ENVIRONMENT• Generally pleasant environment, continuing interruptions, and some stress in working to meet deadlines. Most work willbe done outdoors requiring extended periods of walking and/or climbing stairs at times. SENSORY/PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS• Standing for long periods of time• Bending/Stooping/Climbing/Walking/Reaching • Frequently lifts/carries up to 15lbs• Occasionally lifts/carries up to 30lb
