Overview

Join Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Field Property Claims Adjuster responsible for navigating the claims process for homeowners after property damage. This role requires hands-on assessments while providing empathetic support to customers in Beacon Falls, CT, and the surrounding areas. A sign-on bonus is available for experienced and actively licensed new hires.

Key responsibilities

  • Investigate and evaluate onsite to resolve complex coverage and damage issues
  • Prepare estimates of repair for covered damages, including inspecting roofs and basements
  • Handle moderate to complex claims independently from first notice of loss to final closure
  • Assist policyholders with itemization of damages and emergency repairs
  • Coordinate with various vendor services for repair and replacement needs
  • Participate in a comprehensive 5-month training program
  • Manage workload effectively while exhibiting good judgment
