Accessible Space is seeking a full-time Property Caretaker for their apartment building in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The role involves maintaining a clean and safe environment, performing minor maintenance repairs, and managing unit turnovers while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
  • Perform duties related to unit turnovers
  • Conduct ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
  • Implement required unit and building inspections
  • Run routine errands
  • Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work

Required skills

  • One year of experience in minor building and maintenance repairs
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Availability for general work responsibilities Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm
