Overview

Whitecap Management LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Caretaker to join their team at a luxury apartment community in Minneapolis. The role involves maintaining cleanliness in residents' living spaces and common areas, with both full and part-time opportunities available. Light maintenance duties are also a part of the position.

Key responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain community rooms, pool, spa areas, and other amenities
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of vacant apartments
  • Shampoo carpets using company-provided equipment
  • Oversee cleaning supplies and inventory
  • Maintain exterior walkways and landscaped areas
  • Assist with snow and ice management
  • Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks
  • Support property management during resident events
  • Assist with minor maintenance tasks
