Whitecap Management LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Caretaker to maintain the cleanliness and organization of luxury apartment communities. The role involves light maintenance duties and a commitment to upholding high standards of service and cleanliness for both current and future residents.

Key responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain community rooms, pool and spa areas, and fitness centers
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of vacant apartments
  • Shampoo carpets using company-provided equipment
  • Oversee cleaning supplies and inventory
  • Keep exterior walkways and landscaped areas clean
  • Assist with snow and ice management
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically
  • Support property management during resident events
  • Assist with minor maintenance tasks
