Overview

The Propane Cylinder Delivery Driver at Bosselman Energy Inc. is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of propane cylinders to customers. This role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and assisting with various propane-related tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver propane cylinders to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Prospect and grow customer base
  • Prepare delivery tickets and complete paperwork
  • Complete propane system hookups and gas tests
  • Perform propane equipment diagnostics
  • Pick up, load and unload cylinders
  • Load delivery truck for the next business day
  • Assist dock customers with unloading and loading
  • Deliver other propane and petroleum products as needed
  • Perform all duties according to established safety rules

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years related experience or training
  • Class B CDL (Class A preferred)
  • Good driving record
  • General math skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience using computers for email and electronic log books
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
