Job Description

Overview

Olymel S.E.C. is seeking a motivated Project/Accounting Coordinator to enhance operational efficiency and quality within a dynamic team. This role involves assisting Project Managers and providing crucial administrative and financial support, ensuring accurate project records and documentation.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with disbursement packages and project approval documents
  • Maintain organized digital and physical project files
  • Track project milestones and maintain project records in the management system
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling and minute taking
  • Enter and reconcile project purchase orders, invoices, and financial data
  • Ensure proper matching of project invoices to POs and supporting documents
  • Handle payables entry in the accounting system for project invoices
  • Calculate month-end accrual entries for in-progress projects
  • Prepare financial tracking documents for Project Managers
  • Follow up with vendors and internal departments for discrepancies
  • Act as liaison between Projects and Finance regarding financial questions
  • Support setup of new items, jobs, and coding structures in accounting systems
  • Coordinate budget process/documentation for projects
