Overview

Fire Safety and Protection (FSP) is seeking a Project Sales Executive to focus on Sprinkler Systems sales, developing new business and managing client relationships. The role requires a strong background in fire protection systems and project management to ensure successful project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Sprinkler System market.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and property managers.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Prepare and deliver project proposals, cost estimates, and sales contracts.
  • Monitor project progress and address any client issues.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer needs.
  • Stay informed about the latest products, technologies, and regulations related to Sprinkler Systems.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the fire protection industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Sprinkler Systems and fire safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • NICET certification in fire protection or equivalent preferred.
