Overview

The Project Manager - Clinical and Operational Innovations at Element Care is responsible for managing complex projects that leverage data analytics and process improvement. This role emphasizes building relationships with stakeholders through on-site engagement and ensuring that projects meet strategic objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects from conception through implementation
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency
  • Design and maintain data visualization dashboards to monitor KPIs
  • Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis for continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned projects and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Conduct on-site observations and assessments to support project success

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Operations Management, Finance, or related field
  • Master's degree highly desirable
  • 4-6 years of project management or related analytical experience
  • 2-3 years of experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in data analysis, process mapping, and dashboard development
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and present findings to executive-level audiences
