Overview

Talent Software Services is seeking a Project Manager Tech 3 for a 2-month contract position in Redmond, WA, with possible extension. The role involves overseeing user acceptance testing and global rollouts of enterprise platforms that support data center operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop, track, and manage project budget, plans, timelines, and scope
  • Manage project resources, including procuring staff and coaching
  • Partner with functional project teams to define business requirements
  • Lead teams of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions
  • Define test plans and ensure products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing
  • Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process with rollout plans
  • Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses
  • Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are utilized
  • Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or computer engineering
  • PMP or PMI certification
  • 5-7 years of proven project management experience
  • Experience in managing people and team-building
  • Ability to adapt and manage competing priorities
  • Strong risk assessment and management skills
  • Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale environment
  • Technical writing skills
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps
  • Experience in user acceptance testing
