What You'll DoOwn the full project lifecycle-estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.Collaborate with designers, fabricators, and installers to turn creative visions into reality.Manage timelines, materials, and production flow to keep projects on track.Serve as the client's go-to contact-anticipating needs, solving challenges, and keeping everyone in sync.Ensure quality, safety, and brand consistency from the first sketch to final install.What You Bring5+ years of project management experience in signage, wayfinding or construction.Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, project management or related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate a plus.Strong coordination and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and detail. Excellent communication and organization skills-you can juggle multiple projects and personalities with ease.Comfort with technical drawings, specifications, and on-site coordination.Ability to travel up to (or exceeding) 50% of the time for client meetings, site visits, and installations.
