Overview

The Project Manager - Process Integration Group at Wayne Brothers Companies is responsible for overseeing various industrial project sites while ensuring safety and productivity. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to manage project scope, budget, and schedules effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Inform construction administration of project management assignment.
  • Schedule and attend pre-construction handoff meetings.
  • Review building plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Analyze project risks and develop overall plans.
  • Coordinate assembly of project budget and prepare project schedule.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings with the project team.
  • Ensure all required submittals are collected and reviewed.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality, and costs against budget.
  • Facilitate the change order process and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving job site issues.
  • Prepare and analyze project invoices and revenue projections.
  • Attend project coordination and internal operations meetings.
  • Coordinate, manage, and communicate with subcontractors.
  • Ensure a safe work environment for all personnel.
