Overview

Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager - Healthcare to support the Department of Homeland Security's Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers contract. The role involves administering various healthcare and training services while ensuring quality and compliance across multiple training delivery points.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer all services related to the contract and act as the central point of contact with the Government
  • Rectify complaints concerning performance of contract services
  • Support FLETC Training Delivery Points to ensure compliance with directives and standard operating procedures
  • Provide status updates to the Contracting Officer's Representative on all training delivery points
  • Be available on call twenty-four hours a day for emergencies
  • Attend meetings and provide written minutes
  • Develop and manage various service and quality assurance plans

Required skills

  • Board certification and licensure as a Physician's Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of three years consecutive experience in a relevant role
  • Current, full, active, and unencumbered professional license in Georgia
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Five years professional supervisory experience in healthcare settings
  • Proficient in oral and written communication in English
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid United States Driver's License
  • Willingness to travel for on-site inspections
