Description: Premier Door, Frame & Hardware is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our team on-site in Malvern, PA. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in Division 8 Commercial Doors, Frames, Hardware, and the ability to confidently read and interpret architectural plans.What You'll DoDevelop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationshipsManage projects from initial estimating through final installationPrepare detailed takeoffs for hardware, hollow metal, and wood doorsSupport end-user aftermarket salesCommunicate directly with customers via phone, email, and occasional job site visitsPlan, track, and meet project schedules and deadlinesEnsure projects stay within budget while meeting scope requirementsPerform additional duties as needed to support team and business goalsWhat We're Looking For3-5 years of experience in Division 8 Commercial Doors, Frames, and HardwareStrong ability to read and interpret architectural drawingsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesCustomer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetTravel to other Tague/Customer locations is requiredPass a background check, physical, and drug screeningValid driver's licenseWork on-site, Monday - Friday in Malvern, PA Requirements: PIbbc1ee385c98-7903
