Overview

S.A. Morman & Co. is seeking an Electronic Security Project Manager to oversee integrated security projects including access control and video surveillance. The successful candidate will coordinate efforts across various teams to ensure smooth project execution from kickoff to closeout in a family-owned environment that values collaboration and excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage electronic security projects from planning through completion
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, and resources with internal teams and subcontractors
  • Communicate regularly with customers, providing updates and maintaining strong relationships
  • Review drawings, submittals, and change orders to keep projects on track and within scope
  • Collaborate with sales and estimating during handoff and throughout project execution
  • Oversee installation progress and quality standards in coordination with field technicians
  • Track project budgets, timelines, and documentation through D-Tools and SharePoint
  • Support close-out documentation, commissioning, and customer training

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction management, or a related role
  • Background in electronic security, low-voltage systems, or access control
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with D-Tools or similar software is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
