Overview

The Project Manager (Construction) at Peckham Industries is responsible for overseeing construction projects, focusing on scheduling and financial oversight. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, managing project timelines, and ensuring budgets are maintained while collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously

Required skills

  • Knowledge of mathematics, estimating, and bidding
  • Experience with B2W Track and XBE software systems (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
