Project Manager Commercial & Industrial Power GenerationLocation: Miami, FL 33126Hiring Basis: Direct hireHours:Pay: 75-85k/YearlyTHE OPPORTUNITYLotus Technical has a direct hire role for a Project Manager located in Miami, FL for a leading sales and service provider in the commercial and industrial power generation industry. Seeking a motivated Project Manager to join growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and dependable, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are planned, executed, and completed efficiently while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. The Project Manager will be directly involved in project planning, coordination, equipment delivery, and overall project execution, helping ensure successful and timely completion of projects. This role reports to the General Manager.COMPANY BENEFITSHealth and disability insurance.Dental and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Three (3) weeks of paid personal time off.Opportunities for professional development and industry training.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCreate and maintain project contact lists, punch lists, and turnover documentation.Set up and maintain customer profiles, including data management throughout all phases of theequipment sales cycle.Assist in preparing project cost sheets, order acknowledgments, and purchase orders.Obtain subcontractor and vendor pre-qualification documentation.Maintain insurance records and collect required certificates from subcontractors.Track and monitor subcontractor performance and project participation.Assist with all phases of the permitting process, including drawings, submittals, plan revisions,expediting, and final approvals.Coordinate equipment transportation, assist with invoice management, and support equipmentCommissioning.Participate in internal meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.Engage in professional development and ongoing industry learning.Perform additional related duties as required to support organizational needs.REQUIREMENTS3-5 years of project management experience in HVAC, or construction.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Customer-focused mindset with strong service skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.Technical knowledge or experience in electrical systems, power generation, or diesel engines isa plus.Must be US Citizen, or Green Card Holder.Must be local to the FL area, sorry no relocations.
