Overview

Professional Staff Northwest is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects for residential and commercial properties in Sumner, Washington. The role requires a combination of project management, customer service, leadership, and construction expertise to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead construction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and team members
  • Prepare and submit accurate project estimates in a timely manner
  • Review budgets and work orders prior to project initiation
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes
  • Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress in the field
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and industry regulations
  • Achieve operational objectives related to sales, gross margin, and customer experience
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics during regular review meetings
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process
