Job Description

Overview

Jobot is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead high-scale construction projects in Madison, Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial ground-up projects and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Utilize Procore project management software to track progress and manage documentation.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members for smooth project execution.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates on status, issues, and milestones.
  • Review and approve contractor bids, change orders, and invoices.
  • Manage project risks by identifying issues and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
