Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their leading commercial construction company, focusing on a strong pipeline of repeat clients in healthcare and higher education. With over three decades of experience, the company is dedicated to providing innovative solutions and maintaining a culture-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage large scale commercial construction projects
  • Work closely with Senior Project Manager(s), Project Executive(s) and Superintendent(s)
  • Present and communicate effectively with Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors
  • Oversee document control processes
  • Establish and maintain subcontractor relationships
  • Promote project safety initiatives

Required skills

  • 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Knowledge of construction management and document control
  • Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling)
  • Strong communication skills
