Overview

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for their commercial, municipal, and public works projects in St. Peters, MO. The successful candidate will lead projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery through effective management of budgets, schedules, and teams in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and resources
  • Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams
  • Review contracts, submittals, and change orders for accuracy and compliance
  • Uphold safety and quality standards across all project phases
  • Mentor and support project engineers and other team members

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
