Reporting to the Project Executives of Paul J. Scariano, Inc., and with the support of current administrative and field personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing one to three projects concurrently, depending on the complexity of the projects. The position will encompass all aspects of managing a project from pre-construction through completion. Oversee the total project life cycle including planning, budgeting, scheduling, customer interaction, resource allocation, and inter-company reporting and coordination.Manage project submittals, cost summaries, RFIs, change orders, addendums, and payment processes.Manage vendors and sub-contractorsProvide regular performance status reports regarding cost forecasts, schedules, and safety.B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field; PE license a plusMinimum of 5 years of construction Project Management experience, managing medium sized projectsMotivated, independent, and self-sufficientHighly organized and detail oriented with strong problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office productsKnowledge of Project Scheduling and Document Control SoftwareAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to travel to jobsitesPI0ce99778bf38-9239
