Overview

Cyntergy is seeking a Project Manager in Tulsa, Oklahoma who will oversee projects from inception to completion, leading and managing the project team while ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. This role requires effective client relationship management and collaboration across various company departments.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish and manage client relationships across various market sectors.
  • Assist in fee negotiations and project resourcing.
  • Manage project finances including budgeting, invoicing, and collections.
  • Plan and manage project scope, objectives, schedule, and budget.
  • Prepare project meeting agendas and lead meetings.
  • Coordinate and schedule outside consultants and monitor project progress.
  • Conduct quality control sessions and verify compliance with standards.
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Conduct construction administration activities and facilitate project closeout.

Required skills

  • BS in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent.
  • PMP or AECPM Certification, or Licensed Architect/PE designation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in design or project management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, OneNote, Smartsheet, and Deltek Vision.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Knowledge of AIA standard contracts and construction methodology.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong managerial skills and experience in managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to conduct risk management and problem-solving.
