Harvest Solar is a Michigan-based company specializing in renewable energy solutions for agriculture, commercial, and utility sectors. The Solar Project Manager will oversee multiple photovoltaic projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers and subcontractors to clarify project goals.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules from inception to closeout.
  • Perform risk analysis and forecasting to minimize negative impacts on projects.
  • Oversee and negotiate with subcontractors for efficient project execution.
  • Address client and subcontractor concerns promptly.
  • Facilitate meetings to drive project progress.
  • Collaborate with utilities for interconnection applications and inspections.
  • Prepare project baseline schedules and updates.
  • Track field productivity and implement corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the company's safety culture through regular audits.

  • $90,000 to $100,000 salary range, commensurate with experience
  • Annual Bonus Target representing 5% of base salary
