Overview

Fusco Personnel Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Estimator to join their growing organization in the construction sector. This role involves analyzing project requirements, developing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop accurate quantitative take-offs
  • Utilize estimating software to calculate costs and generate detailed pricing breakdowns
  • Oversee projects to ensure adherence to budget constraints and timelines
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with clients, construction managers, planners, and design teams throughout project lifecycles
  • Respond to requests for quotes and prepare comprehensive proposals
  • Conduct risk assessments evaluating safety requirements and production risks
  • Prepare reports and analyses to support financial planning and decision-making
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications with a high degree of accuracy
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
