Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Project Engineer with a focus on Multifamily Woodframe Construction to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the challenge of complex, large-scale projects, and has a passion for building strong relationships with clients and team members. You will play a key role in our company's commitment to deliver high-quality multifamily woodframe construction projects from the ground up. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 1. Managing and supervising multifamily woodframe construction projects from inception to completion. 2. Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. 3. Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. 4. Developing detailed project plans to track progress and adjusting schedules as needed. 5. Ensuring resource availability and allocation. 6. Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. 7. Reporting and escalating to management as needed. 8. Managing the relationship with all stakeholders. 9. Performing risk management to minimize project risks. 10. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Project Engineer-Multifamily (Woodframe) role, you must possess the following: 1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 2. At least 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry, specifically with multifamily woodframe construction projects. 3. Proven experience in project management from conception to delivery. 4. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in construction and web technologies. 5. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. 8.
