Position Summary The Project Coordinator provides administrative support to the construction team while serving as a key communication link between owners, architects, engineers, project managers, superintendents, suppliers, and subcontractors. This position helps ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with company standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and meeting minutesManage project documentation and maintain electronic project filesPrepare and route owner contracts and exhibits through DocuSignIssue, track, and maintain subcontracts, purchase orders, and change ordersCoordinate the distribution of project drawings, specifications, and updatesMaintain subcontractor contact and distribution listsTrack and manage insurance compliance for subcontractorsMaintain RFI, submittal, and drawing logs within project management softwareAssist with monthly owner reports and project-specific reportingCoordinate project signage procurementSupport project teams with punch lists and closeout documentationReview and follow up on project compliance itemsTrack and file superintendent reports and required project paperworkRecommend workflow and process improvements to enhance project efficiency Requirements:Previous administrative, clerical, or secretarial experiencePrevious customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skillsPreferredConstruction administration experienceExperience working with project management softwareKnowledge of construction documentation and contract processesWhat Makes You SuccessfulDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracyAble to adapt to changing priorities and deadlinesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProactive approach to problem-solvingAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPhysical RequirementsPrimarily office-based positionFrequent use of a computer, phone, and standard office equipmentRegular sitting, standing, and movement throughout the officeOccasional lifting of up to 25 poundsCompensation details: 26-30 Hourly WagePI8bb5-
