Overview

Project Administrator, Construction The Project Administrator, Construction plays an important role in the organization by performing several activities related to the company's Construction function. The role is primarily responsible to ensure that all projects within the UT3 Alpine Construction branch are tracked and completed.Essential Functions:Create and manage the Builder LO program to ensure the highest capture rate for our LO's that work with buildersCreate, manage, accountability and execution with reportingWork closely with third-party project reviewers (e.g., Zonda Enterprise)Work closely with National Builder Manager to manage projectsCreate new efficiencies within the UT3 Alpine Construction departmentCreate better risk management reportingEnsure all other departments are in sync with the Builder ProgramQualifications:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, required Experience: Minimum one year experienceCompany Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Wiki, collaborative cloud-based programs, and third-party software applications required.Commitment to company values.Customer Service - Proactive attention to each personIntegrity - Do and say what's rightRespect - Treat others with dignityCollaboration - Listen and work togetherLearning - Seek knowledge and strive for improvementExcellence Deliver the unexpectedPhysical Demands: Work is primarily sedentary; mobility in an office setting.
