Overview

The Project Administrator role at CFS in Lakeland, Florida, involves managing project financials and supporting leadership in a collaborative environment. This position provides direct exposure to operations and CFO leadership while allowing for growth under experienced finance professionals.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage billing processes, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
  • Support monthly closing activities

  • Partner with project managers for reporting and project execution
  • Ensure accurate contract invoicing and resolve discrepancies
  • Compile and analyze financial reports using Excel and Viewpoint Spectrum

Required skills
