If you are someone who wants to assist in our missionand make an impact, come join our team.POSITION OVERVIEW:The Project Accountant is responsible for maintaining financial records for assigned projectsduring construction.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Include but are not necessarily limited to the following:Assistance in preparing monthly AIA/G702 & G703Review and process vendor invoices and subcontractor AIA billingsPreparation of funding request packages to be submitted to municipalities, banks orpartnersPerform monthly bank statement reconciliations and general ledger entriesMeet required deadlines for timely financial reportingEnsure that a project's finances are tracked accurately and rigorouslyAssist with tax return and cost certification preparationManage Subcontractor contracts and compliancesQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily.
