Overview

Groupe ACE is seeking a CNC Programmer and Production Manager to join their team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will be passionate and organized, ready to tackle technical challenges and contribute to the production of exceptional projects in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Program and optimize CNC machines for the production of parts
  • Supervise and coordinate production setup in the workshop
  • Read and interpret complex technical drawings
  • Ensure product quality and compliance
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams
  • Lead a small production team and assign tasks

Required skills

  • Experience in CNC programming (2 to 5 years minimum)
  • Knowledge of CNC programming and CAD/CAM software
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in team management or production supervision (a plus)
  • Training in production techniques, machining, or a related field
